GUIDE UP MAGIC ALPINE CLIMBS

ALPINE CLIMBING - ALPINE TRAVERSES - ICE CLIMBING

Senja Lodge & Mountainguides offers guided alpine climbs, alpine traverses, and ice climbs up nice and adventures routes and mountains all along the North Norwegian coast and inland.

On this guided trips you often start at sea level, and climb up to a mountain top that rises up from a deep fjord or the big sea. This trips can be adjusted to personal levels and demands. It can be a long ice climbing route. It can be a airy ridge traverse up to a nice mountain top. It can be a mixed rock, ice and snow climb up a ridge or couloirs. Or it can be a ski traverse where we do a light climb with skies on our backpack on the way up, and then ski down another side of the mountain. The plan is made together with the guide.

Your guide will find you the best possible route in the area, and chose a route that fits your/the groups level of experience. It is an advantages if you have done some climbing before. The guide will also give you tips and feedback during the trip.

On the trip we use crampons, ice axes and other types of climbing equipment. Also ski touring equipment if we want the trip to inolve this.
